Important Updates Regarding Our New ERP System Transition

We are pleased to share important updates as we prepare for the Go-Live of our new ERP system, Microsoft Business Central, on January 6, 2025.

This system upgrade represents a significant milestone in our journey to further enhance efficiency, improve processes, and deliver even better service to you. Below, we outline the changes and their impact on our operations.

  • New scanner-based workflows.
  • Revised shipment notification process integrated with carrier systems.
  • If desired, packing slips will only be sent from logistics@rema.eu to the email address(es) specified by you.

Sales

  • Orders will be processed digitally and routed directly to logistics.
  • Quotations and order confirmations will only be sent from sales@rema.eu to the email address(es) specified by you.

Billing

  • Invoices and credit notes from Rema® will only be sent digitally from billing@rema.eu or via EDI (as applicable).
  • Please ensure Rema® has the correct invoice email address (send updates to billing@rema.eu).

Invoicing

  • Invoices to Rema® can only be sent digitally to invoice@rema.eu or via EDI (as applicable).
  • Please ensure Rema® has the correct invoice email address (send updates to invoice@rema.eu).

EDI Orders

  • Faster processing with our new SmartEDI system.
  • If you wish to use EDI, contact Rema® at edi@rema.eu for setup details.

Webshop

  • Fully redesigned and integrated with our website.
  • Access requires an account (request at sales@rema.eu).

Submitting and Receiving Invoices

  • Submitting Invoices to Rema®:
    If you need to send an invoice to Rema®, please ensure they are sent to invoice@rema.eu. This is the dedicated address for all invoice-related communication to Rema®.
  • Receiving Invoices from Rema®:
    I
    nvoices and credit notes from Rema® to you will be sent from billing@rema.eu. Please ensure this email address is whitelisted to avoid any delays or missed communications.
